Je me souviens d’un temps… où une villa dans les parcs de saint tropez, pieds dans l’eau se vendait a 4 millions de “francs”, oui pas de faute de frappe, de francs pas d’ euros! 600 000 Euros environ, un petit 2 pieces aujourd’hui…
S’agit-il d’un temps lointain, d’avant guerre, voire d’avant guerres? Que nenni, ce temps là c’est pas il ya si longtemps, en 1984 tels étaient les prix. Je me souviens aussi que quelques années avant, en 1981, la panique était totale. Les bolcheviks allaient gouverner la France et il fallait tout brader, St Tropez c’était fini, tout comme Capri…Alors aujourd’hui, ou en est-on? La crise terrible va-t-elle tout engloutir ? La panique est une méchante, ne l’écoutez pas. La réalité c’est qu’il y a “correction”, c’est tout. Les prix ont grimpé un peu trop vite, certes. Une pause, sans doute un recul pour corriger et une fois l’orage passé le marché de l’immobilier va poursuivre le petit chemin qui monte, qui monte…jusqu’au prochain orage bien sûr. Pas d’inquiétude, en Provence les orages sont soudains, parfois violents mais ne durent pas, le ciel bleu réapparait très vite.
